APPLYING FOR OFF CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION

Murdoch UV can provide eligible applicants with assistance in locating off campus private accommodation shortly after their arrival in Perth. We recommend that you allow 2-4 weeks prior to the semester starting date to allow enough time to secure the accommodation of your choice.

The accommodation service is available only to eligible applicants. To be considered eligible the applicant must be or about to become, a full time enrolled student at Murdoch University. An application is valid only for the current academic year or semester in which it is made and is only available to International students attending Murdoch University for the first time. It is not available for International students who are already residing in Australia.
Arrangements can be made for applicants to view accommodation (usually up to three properties), that have been selected on the basis of information that applicants provide. 

The service is available only by application, using the appropriate accommodation application form. The form should be completed by the applicant and submitted directly to Murdoch UV as early as is practicable (as the date of receipt of an application can affect its outcome).
