CLEANING CHARGES
Fee	$33.00 per area
Frequency	as needed
Description	Residents will be responsible for maintaining their apartments in a clean and hygienic state, as outlined in the Village Rules, ensuring they are clean and tidy. Inspections will be carried out by village administration on a regular basis. Residents will be charged a cleaning fee if a room/apartment is not being cleaned by the resident or is determined unhygienic.

DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE

Description	Charged upon departure to cover costs associated with sanitation and deep cleaning costs carried out on an annual basis.

CONTRACT TERMINATION FEE
Fee	Two weeks rent plus weekly rate until the room is re-let
Frequency	As requested, payable on departure
Description	All residential agreements at the village are for either 21 or 42 weeks and it is required that every resident honour their agreement. Events do occur resulting in residents wishing to vacate their rooms. The village administration will help residents to find a person to take over their agreement, but until that is done the resident must continue paying weekly fees. Providing this service comes at a cost and is disruptive to the Village community. A contract termination fee is charged which is equivalent to 2 weeks occupancy fee, if the termination is subsequent to taking up physical occupancy of a room, or is within four weeks of commencement of the agreement term. Residential agreements signed and subsequently terminated before the start of the contract of the new period incur a one week charge. The contract termination fee does not apply to university undergraduates commencing their first year of study if termination is within a couple of days of the UAI results released of their first year and due to non acceptance to Murdoch University.
