Single rooms provide more area for each occupant than a twin/queen room.

Apartments containing this type of room can also contain twin/queen rooms, however the majority contain only single rooms. Apartment occupancy is from 3 to 8 residents.

The apartment contains 2 bathrooms for use by apartment residents, a kitchen area and lounge area, also for use by all residents. The illustration shows the layout of a typical eight bedroom apartment.
