The above internet charges are subject to change and are current as at 1 November 2010.
Cleaning
Residents are responsible for keeping their apartments in a clean and hygenic state, as outlined in the Village Rules. Inspections will be carried out by village staff on a regular basis. Residents will be charged a cleaning fee if a room/apartment is not being cleaned by the resident or is determined unhygenic.
A cleaning service is available for $35 per half hour (gst inclusive). Contact us for more information.

Contract Termination Fee
All residential agreements at the village are for either 21 or 42 weeks and it is required that every resident honour their agreement.
Unforeseen events do occur that may result in residents wishing to vacate their rooms. Village Administration will help residents find a person to take over their agreement, but until that is done the resident must continue paying weekly fees.
If you vacate the Room before the Termination Date, or this Agreement is terminated by the Owner before that date in accordance with this Agreement, you will still be responsible for the payment of Residential Fees to the Termination Date, and the Owner in addition may charge you an administration fee of an amount reasonably determined by the Owner for costs incurred by the Owner as a consequence of your early vacation of the Room.
Room Move Fee
Subject to availability and Village management discretion, if a resident wishes to move rooms mid contract, a room move administration fee of $50 will be charged.
