We offer a ‘no surprises' approach to fees so you know exactly what you are paying for. Village fees consist of a one-off application fee, residential life fee, a security deposit (refundable on departure), a weekly residential fee and a weekly utility fee (water, electricity and gas). Internet and cleaning are available as optional extras.
At Murdoch University Village, there are no unexpected bills during the year so you can concentrate on making the most of student life!
